Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does the tent attach to the Tesla?
The tent uses specific straps and elastic bands that secure around the tailgate and rear bumper, creating a sealed connection. Detailed instructions are included for a secure fit.
Q: Can I close the tailgate with the tent attached?
No — the tent requires the tailgate to remain open to form the enclosure. Detach the tent from the tailgate before closing it.
Q: Is the tent suitable for all weather conditions?
Made from waterproof Oxford cloth, it handles rain and moderate winds (up to level 5–6). For extreme weather, additional precautions are always recommended.
Q: How compact is the tent when packed?
Lightweight and portable — packs down into a compact carrying bag for easy storage in your Tesla's frunk or trunk.
Q: Does it come with all necessary accessories?
Yes — all necessary poles, stakes, guy lines, and a carrying bag are included for a complete setup right out of the box.
